We have developed exclusive technology, for a serious problem of scratches on the data platters of hard drives that has not had a professional and comprehensive solution until now, the scratch would have created a barrier for the read head to move to healthy areas on the hard drive and the data there was not restored to the customer.
Some labs perform advanced cleaning techniques that clean the accumulations of scratch powder, these techniques improve the ability to read from the hard drive but cannot protect the read heads and enable reading in situations with large scratches.
We also perform advanced cleaning, but our technology is not based on that but on something else, the purpose of our technology is to protect the read head from any type of scratch, thanks to this, the reading head can pass over difficult and deep scratches countless times without being damaged and without damaging the data on the platters, dealing with situations of many existing scratches, in all sizes, even on hard drives with one data platter or multi-platter hdds, even if the scratches are on the upper, lower or middle platter.
Thanks to the unique technology, the restoration is also performed from the scratched platter itself, from the areas between the scratches and on both sides of the scratch.
In this video, we will present to you a documentation of normal data when it was successfully recovered from various cases of severe scratches and after implementing our technology on the damaged hdd.










Here we will demonstrate data recovery from a Western Digital hard drive from surface 01 of the outer section in a situation where the surface on platter 0 is damaged (we physically removed the bottom head associated with the bottom platter 0, possible to distinguish at timeline 1:52) and in addition there is a scratch on surface 1.
This video demonstrates two exclusive data recovery capabilities. 1. Our main development, a multi-platter hard drive read/write head skips over three huge scratches without damage, and successfully recovers data from the side of the scratched surface. 2. This is something that can solve problems not only in cases of scratched drives. You probably noticed before the hard disk was turned on in the video that out of 8 reading heads, we physically removed 7 heads (among them are the heads of service areas copys) and left only the top one. We read data from a specific platter without using the original physical service areas, in a model that was known to be impossible to do. Happens sometimes, hard drives fail to initialize from both copy 0 and copy 1 because of damaged service areas. In most cases, it is possible to extract part of the firmware, the most critical part and then perform the recovery itself without need to physically access client drive original service areas 0 or 1. We have developed a different way (unlike the conventional way that only worked on some older drives) that works on all WD drives. I recently received a model belonging to the new types, it was Western digital usb 4TB WD40NDZW-11MR8S1 spyglass 2 encryption v sed2. I tried to implement our new method that we had been using until now and it didn’t work. I tried making all sorts of changes like I used to do from time to time but nothing worked. The firmware did not allow to perform this in no way whatsoever. Until I finally changed something significant from the previous method, and it worked. So now we can apply this method to all new drives of this type.

Those who carefully observes the situations presented here until the end of the video, and this is only a small part of the situations in which the technology is applicable, can notice that this is a comprehensive system that provides solutions to many situations and not a few tricks that are suitable for a negligible portion of the cases that come to recovery.
